Be Made Whole Teaching Devotions

Be Made Whole: Day 5 - Whole means whole!

Dear Friend,

The Jubilee Miracle, Healing, and Victory Prayer Cloth Service is THIS SUNDAY, November 24 at 10am ET.

This is my 50th year - my Jubilee - preaching this glorious Gospel and having a first-hand seat to God's healing power to restore broken bodies, relationships, and hearts!

When God said He wants you to be made whole, He meant all of you! Whole means whole! Just like your physical healing, your soul (your mind, will, and emotions) is as much a part of the redemptive work of Christ as the forgiveness of sins. Isaiah 53:3-5 is a picture of a suffering Servant of the Lord:

"He was despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from him; he was despised, and we did not esteem him. Surely he has borne our grief and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.”

Isaiah says Jesus was chastised for our peace. Shalom. Nothing broken. Nothing missing. He wants you whole, Friend. Not hollow! Experiencing the fullness of joy, not the pain of sorrow.

God does not want you to suffer emotionally. He sees and feels the pain of your situation, and He has intervened on your behalf.

Psalm 23:3 tells us "He restores my soul.” James can attest to the healing power of God from the inside out:

His life was a mess. He had been addicted to heavy drugs and alcohol for almost 15 years. During this time, he never attended family gatherings, not even Thanksgiving or Christmas.

His parents sent him to a drug rehabilitation center for 9 months, but it had no effect. They were at their wits end and didn't know what to do. So they requested a prayer cloth sowed a seed believing for James' deliverance from addiction.

James took the prayer cloth out of the envelope and set it aside - not realizing that from the moment he touched it, tangible anointing had already transferred to him! The power of God swept through his body. His desire for drugs vanished. His body was cleansed from all the effects of addiction.

Today James is very active in his church and his family relationships have been restored!

The same God that removed that painful stain of despair, hurt, and destructive behavior from James' life can take away any hurt, pain, guilt or shame you or a loved one are facing.

Regardless of the reason for your hurt, the Lord Jesus wants to heal you from the inside out! Healing is waiting for you from the heart of God to yours.

My prayer for you is that you experience freedom in ways that you have never known before! God longs to reach out to you - from eternity - to heal your broken heart and restore "that which was lost” - beyond even the memory of a scar. Receive from Him now!

Join us in-person in Columbus, Ohio or online on November 24 at 10am ET for our Jubilee Miracle, Healing & Victory Prayer Cloth Service. And register now to pray with us for at least one hour during the 50 hours leading up to the November 24 service.

Yours for the harvest,

Pastor Rod Parsley
