Suddenly – Day 7 – Today is the day!

Suddenly Saturday of

After preparing your heart to receive what God has in store for you, it is time to join our faith and agree in prayer for your
suddenly miracles in the new year.

Look back over the daily teachings this past week — each day you’ve received an action step:
Day 1 Fast
Day 2 Listen and ask
Day 3 Write the vision
Day 4 Speak in faith
Day 5 Agree in faith
Day 6 Sow a seed
Each one of these important directions required that you
do something. But today’s “action step” might seem a little out of place … a little less like an action:
7 Days to Suddenly Step 7: WAIT
After we agree together in faith at the prayer meeting today at 5pm Eastern time, we take the final step of
7 Days to Suddenly and we
wait.
It might seem like a letdown, right? We have been boldly taking step after step, from fasting to confession to sowing in faith and more — now we just … wait?
Yes. We do. We don’t forget, we don’t ignore, we don’t fret, we don’t doubt — but we wait in expectancy.
- Remember: the angel Gabriel appeared suddenly to the virgin Mary to announce that she would bring the Savior into the world, but her miracle didn’t happen until 9 months later. She had to wait in expectancy for the promise to be fulfilled.
- Remember: Jesus promised the Holy Spirit to His disciples on the day of His ascension, but they had to wait in expectancy 50 days for the rushing, mighty wind of Pentecost.
The prophet Habakkuk was told:
For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but it speaks of the end, and does not lie. If it delays, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.
— Habakkuk 2:3
There is a time and a season for everything. Once we are prepared and expecting our victory, we wait upon the Lord.
- This is your final assignment in 7 Days to Suddenly: rest in the Lord and wait in expectancy for your sudden miracle in 2023.
You have fasted, confessed the Scriptures in faith, grasped the vision, believed — and at 5pm today, we will pray the prayer of agreement together —

We will go before the Lord to pray for your sudden victory. Like the disciples on the Day of Pentecost, we will believe God for the
suddenly in your life! And then it is up to you to wait in expectancy for what God has in store.
I believe your
suddenly season is here, and I cannot wait to see what God will do for you in 2023.
